 However you stumbled upon this space, welcome! I’m Sara, a wife, mother, board-certified Integrative Health Practitioner.

I began a deep dive into my own health journey after being misdiagnosed and consistently let down by conventional healthcare in my late teens and early 20s. I pursued a career in healthcare administration hoping to find a way to create change, but as time passed, I only had more questions, fewer answers, and so much frustration. I began seeking alternative approaches in search of what true health and nourishment looked like. When I started studying the connection between human health and soil health, I realized how far we got from our physiological design. 

Instead of trying to outsmart nature, we need to recognize we still have so much to learn. An integrative health approach takes into account the reality of today’s world — like soil depletion, diet culture, band-aid approach healthcare, overflowing toxic buckets, and high-stress lifestyles.  After seeing the immense benefits of functional medicine, I certified in multiple integrative health modalities and how to use functional labs and blood chemistry to find root causes of health concerns. While I believe I’m still healing from certain health setbacks, I'm empowered by all the new knowledge I've acquired, and now hope to share it with you.

 We offer a variety of functional labs that are great for assessing your bio-individual needs. We like to “test, not guess.” When purchasing any functional lab test — you will receive a 45-minute consult to review results and receive basic recommendations. 

I am not a doctor and do not diagnose or treat diseases. I am certified to interrupt blood chemistry from a functional lens and utilize labs to understand potential imbalances and patterns.
